Pet Policy
A pet deposit in the amount of $300 is required for each animal. The types of animals allowed in the building shall be limited to cats, dogs, birds and fish. Only one type of animal shall be allowed to be kept in each household at a time. The weight of a dog or cat shall not exceed 25 pounds (at adulthood). One medium sized bird or 2 small birds (i.e. parakeets) may be kept. Only one aquarium, limited to no more than 15 gallons, may be kept. Dogs and cats must be spayed or neutered. Pets shall not be bred or used for commercial purposes on the premises.
